Feeling tight, achy, inflexible, weak or strong?
You aren’t feeling much at all? You are feeling fabulous and want to feel even better than that? In this workshop you will learn how the body is connected by exploring some of the fascia lines. You will hear what fascia is and feel what is happening when you use tools, such as foam roller and balls, to release along those lines. You will find out how this relates to and can be combined with your Yoga practice. We will practice Core Strength Vinyasa to stabilise and improve your posture and you will learn about and feel into Fascia Yoga. Take home instructions for some of the practices to do at home. |
