In the Move After Cancer course you will experience:
• Pranayama (breathing exercises) to calm the mind, to regain energy and to deal with side effects from treatment
• Gentle Asana (postures and movement) to get the lymph flowing, to regain mobility and to strengthen the physical body
• Mantras (Chopra explains: an instrument of the mind—a powerful sound or vibration that you can use to enter a deep state of meditation.)
• Mudras (hand gestures) for healing
• Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) to learn to relax when you think you can’t wait any longer and when you are overwhelmed or just need a break
• Meditation/Mindfulness to strengthen your brain and to cope better
